How humans create aging illness and death

 

If we know how to avoid the causes of aging and death, true health and forever young can appear

 

Start with health idea

 

The reason we get illness and aging and towards deaths and destroy our health is because we spend most of our life making a slave of our bodies.

 

Like driving a racing car and never going into the pit stop garage and don’t know how to fix it themselves – so the racing car not going last long and surely breakdown and then sold for parts.

 

Not only that our brain will create a lot of poison thoughts to add in more stress for our bodies.

 

Psychology will develop a lot of fear to help grow the stress even bigger.

 

We are not only talented making a slave of our bodies we are in fact excellent masters at how to destroy and torture our bodies. Without having to try.

 

And our body will surely return this back to our hearts.

 

Finally we into a zone we can’t continue to live anymore because we are not able to function our body and our mind torment us with blockages of worries. Our psychology becomes a vast ocean of new and existing suffering.

 

So our vulnerable heart will be convinced there is no way to live anymore.

 

And that is how we create aging, illness and death.

 

Luckily we can understand the cause, delete the cause, create a new cause.

 

Understand different ways to have a life.

 

And to live in a proper, wise system you will see the true power of life beyond what we know.

 

Our life can get stronger and we can win the trick of time and stay young.

We exist like one drop of rain drop in the sky.

 

And the birth is from the clouds, falling to the earth become part of the waterfall and exciting rush into the river and then flow to the unknown ocean.

 

This drop seems individual but also connected to every other drop and when you reach the final you will realise it was never alone. There is a big unlimited ocean have the same essence as this drop and will unite and melt together with every drop and become one amazing unlimited force of ocean.

 

Individually we feel vulnerable individually we feel fear and worry and there is birth and death, there is illness and death and all kinds of suffering can appear.

 

But if we can truly see through that drop, that essence was never alone, it was connected to everything and we are aware we are also not alone. Every life may come from a different journey but ending to the same the big circle of water, from the ocean steam up become the clouds, again, fall back as an individual rain drop and then exciting again into the birth of waterfall and fall into the unknown new journey, like this we experience life in many different reincarnations.

 

And each reincarnation we again blindly try to find this circle and reach the future and try to search and try to find the final journey but we never find the final journey , as that drop will never find the final journey either because the eternal circle means the circle itself is the journey not there is a point become a journey. To continue to follow the circle is the journey. So able to live in present able to enjoy our journey, is the final journey.

 

We will one day realise to stop reincarnation is not to stop reincarnation, it is to enjoy reincarnation as every present and that is where reincarnation stops, that is where you reach no beginning no end, live in timeless zone, and finally out of reincarnation, live in will of joy live in will of being a kind person, only when you are able to see the whole life as equal heart where every life every drop is all equal water and then kindness heart will start to truly appear.

 

Because each drop is the same water, each life is same ability to aware we looking for happiness and try to escape from suffering so every life are equal.

 

And then you start willing to share all your joy to yourself because you as well are equal to others, and if you can’t create joy for yourself, you can’t create it for others if you are being bitter suffering self, or you can share is that bitter suffering self.

 

Most common mistake is we blame everything on the whole world on to everybody, and put the responsibility on them for every situation but we forgot we have the power to change the situation we have power to observe and reguiding the whole situation, for that actually all the responsibility is in each individual.

 

Each drop, if it is not blind then he will be able to choose to have harmony heart, to harmony with every other drop and harmony itself is joy, it is peaceful and joy and harmony give you a free heart to observing all other possibilities when you narrow yourself into one direction you will not be able to see the other possibilities but when you are harmony with everything and give your heart a rest to observe and see all other possibilities then you will realise, oh, unlimited potential suddenly all appear many other other angles you haven’t seen, and when you saw them, then you find new opportunity, and then you become the creator, and you create your own reincarnation, for that reincarnation is no more a blind reincarnation, reincarnation become a free choice, a joyful will, recreated by your own will, your own observation, your own wisdom ability, and that is a subject for you to connect to your entire life, which is our body mind and spirits,

 

What is our body? Our body is built by four elements, our breathing is the air, our temperature is the fire, most parts of our body are built by liquid water, rest of dfew % left is where the materials form. Joined together as our subject. And when these four are in harmony, health appears.

 

But that is only physical.

 

If our minds constantly worry, it will affect this temple. It is like someone who live in a beautiful temple but worry about the whole world so he is not really in paradise, or heaven or a pure land – actually he is living in a hell, a nightmare. But if somebody carry a pure joyful heart and not affected by all the other blindness from friends and family and all the other people you work with people who pass through on the street, anyone you might meet and have a negative impact to you, and none of them, you take serious if you are able to block, have an invisible wall, not let any negative into you, you become a centre to affect back, if not, all negative they bring to you and no matter where you go, you will carry that negative with you.

 

But if stay sharp and stay free you create positive, then anywhere you go is a temple, everywhere you go is a Pure Land, everywhere you go is wisdom.

 

To bring no worry mind, and psychology remain pure, joy and free and that will also affect our 4 element temple our body and all these 3 are not even separate, they affect to each other they are 3 different subjects as one. Like you have 5 fingers, but still one hand. And one hand you can’t separate those 5 fingers. So body mind and spirits we have to aware to develop ability to take care of them and then true health appears and that is also the true way to be kind to yourself.

 

And then if you are being a true healthy person, in all these 3 angles you are able to being that amazing person and share that amazing character and energy and health with everyone. And that is also the true kind for everyone. So health, wisdom and kindness are all united in this case.

 

And to do all this, to make it happen, make it all become healthy we need precise and logical training and this training course is to wake up your unlimited course, your mind out of worry and become no worries be happy! Singing…

 

And then make your psychology care free – it doesn’t mean you don’t care, you just care in free style, you care in a wise way not in a worry way, in a constantly useless way, except make suffering for yourself. So you are able to enjoy to care in a logical calculation and to make your physical back to healthy and harmony and out of fear of illness aging and then to find your spirits which is your true essence.

 

Your essence is not this body, if somebody live in the temple that person is definitely not the temple. So your true spirits live in the temple, this four element body. So one day your four element body will get old, ageing and doesn’t mean your true self ages. Because your true self is not this temple, it is connected to this temple. In fact your spirits is your wisdom creation ability. So only when you start to create wise lifestyle your true self shine and grow and develop finally eternal force appears.

 

Consciousness has this ability, to take care of four element temple. To be free from the worry to make all the psychology stress disappear, consciousness the essence and our consciousness is not just our mind. There are 8 consciousness, each one has different function, but as 5 fingers still one hand, 8 consciousness still one heart. So your true self is your true heart. But the 8 consciousness heart.

 

What are those 8 consciousness hearts?

Eyes

Ears

Nose

Tongue

Physical body (touch)

Eyes to see

Ears to hear

Nose to smell

Tongue to taste

Body to touch

 

Those experiences are the first 5 consciousness. They have different functions but all still can connect to each other.

 

When you drive past a radio station you know there can be music to hear. When you hear you can then imagine what kind of voice and who is the singer you can guess and imagine the singer from memory what they look like, they have all kind of connection to each other and they are all connected to your six consciousness thinking.

 

Each information from your 5 consciousness can become ideas in your consciousness and become a memory. And then all this ideas are all come from numbers 7 consciousness, which is your I feeling. You feel you are the one doing the seeing, listening, smelling, tasting, experience the touching and thinking. I feel I am not others. My feeling through this I is not from others. It is called I consciousness which is number 7.

 

And all of this I from the day before you are born exists. And you out of this lifetime you will back to your original I. Original I is not this one temporary this lifetime I. Original I is called hidden consciousness. Number 8, which is your true hidden deep ability. And all this 8 consciousness is your true self. Your spirits. We will continue in a further course to make all 8 consciousness awakened in a joyful way, in a healthy way in a wise way. Chair we sit down all the time and create so much suffering, a lot of people have back pain and a lot of people have bad posture, so because we need, or we used to, sit down too much in the chair, especially in a modern day. Information fly at light speed everywhere to us. It is like there is a black hole of curiosity suddenly opened up, you can goto youtube, facebook, tv, movie, instagram, or call phone all day long, non stop, so much information, and that make us have no time to absorb what is going on. Just being, what’s going on, but don’t know, what’s going on, that s called blind action.

 

Blind action create blind suffering, so we can change this habit, from blind action sit down too long to use this chair as a treasure tool and we going to teach you how to sit down in a chair, use it to correct your posture, correct your tension, calm down your mind, make your heart free into joy and we will follow to offer you another incredible exercise, lie down exercises.

 

Nothing easier right?

 

But that’s wrong, when you lie down, gravity pull you down, so all your body crash together. Many times when you lie down for too long you get up and find your body aches? Tired and tense? You don’t want to get up but you have to because job is waiting for you! Kids crying? All kinds of things you worry have to be done! So you get up with a suffering body.

 

And why is it a suffering body? Because you have been blindly lying with your posture and gravity pull your posture create a shrinking effect, all your ligaments, muscles and tendons become tight and then shrunk together and then they day after night, night after day, they become tighter and tighter, finally your posture become so bad, what does it mean freedom to move your body anymore!

 

Suddenly you realise you shrunk a few cm in a few years since you haven’t measured. So you measure again, well you just say “oh it’s age?” But it’s not about age, it’s about GRAVITY and blindness acting. And lie down if you do it right, you will not against gravity if you know how to lie down to exercise you will learning how to properly use gravity.

Training

Why is training the first one? Because any power in life comes from training. In life we can reach anything through training – some things need one lifetime, others need a million lifetimes to reach.

It depends on how deep the power is.

It is possible to train towards becoming a devil as well – Devil powers do not just come from a bad intention, any power requires a lot of training wisdom and awareness.

All the talent and all the abilities in life are developed through training. SO training surely comes first.

 

Born with (linked to training)

Born with it is not actually born with it. It comes from training, that why it is second. But it is the level that you are born with it. TO that stage you are born with it.

Mantra

Is actually when you train and train but you haven’t reached born with ability yet. Higher consciousness know that you have a heart that wants to learn the ability and wisdom, but you are not at the intuition born with ability yet. So they leave the mantra as a sign.

But if you never train you will never show that your heart is sincere to learn, and those mantras will not come to you.

‘Oh this person has been training but has not reached ‘born with’ ability yet. Well I will leave some tips for him’.

He can use the mantra to connect to higher wisdom. This is why mantra is number 3.

Medicine

Medicine include all kinds of things, Chinese herbs, mushrooms, LL.

All medicine must need a teacher to guide the training in a spiritual direction. The medicine can open up your energy so much, and if you don’t have a teacher to guide you won’t know what’s going on. Or you will over use the medicine in the wrong way.

Or addicted to it.

Medicine will help you in a quicker way.

Karma

Done something good in the past, now this lifetime you have the chance to meet someone that can help you. So you either want to have someone help you or you want to help someone. These two karmas can connect.

Earth power normally just have a need to learn.

Wisdom

Wisdom is the most important one and the best one. Because once you can reach this you can guide yourself to longer get lost because the wisdom is yours. This is why all the Buddhism books still say that wisdom is the most important one.

When our senses can go to a more heightened pure power stage something will happen. We will be aware of something.

 

Why is wisdom important?

What is Baby Breathe?

 

  • A baby uses their whole body to breathe softly
  • A baby uses their Dantian (area 3 fingers below belly button) as a centre to breathe
  • A baby does not think
  • A baby is not searching for anything
  • A baby does not use any power or any muscles
  • From there to feel your whole body works for the breath
  • That is baby breathe 
  • Done correctly you will begin to feel light
  • And that light feeling will you make you smile naturally, not smile for anybody
  • This will create a tension-free direction for body and mind

 

How to do it:

  • A baby’s breath is relaxed and soft
  • Just to relax each part of your muscles
    • When you breath in lift up shoulders when you breathe out drop your shoulders. Try to give time to relax your shoulder tension.

We swim in worry and suffering. We are not either the worry or the suffering.

Fish are not afraid of the ocean, able to enjoy swimming.

We don’t have to be afraid of worry and suffering, through the right way of observation we can create wisdom and a brave heart to enjoy life.”

 

Guiding:

  • A lot of the time when we worry and have suffering we take it as the way it is and believe that is how we are.
  • Through this observation we can develop calmness separation power to develop wisdom and patience for more ability to enjoy the challenge of life.

8 Levels of Meditation

 

Introduction: The Eight Levels of Meditation

 

Buddhism meditation has many different kinds, each one has an amazing function.

 

One of the most well-known Buddhist standards of meditation is called “Eight Levels of Meditation.”

 

This meditation existed before Buddha. When Prince Siddartha escaped the palace, trying to discover enlightenment, the first thing he was learning was from two masters. These masters taught him this “Eight Levels of Meditation.”

 

The first 4 levels help to purify our blind desire. The consciousness stays in the body.

 

The 8 Levels of Meditation

Level One Meditation: Away from Blind Desire

 

Observe our blind desire can cause suffering until we are able to be free from all the negative intention. For that, wisdom joy and pureness will appear.

 

Activity: Observing blind desire

 

How to practice this observing:

 

Desire can cause suffering in many different ways, see if you can observe if you are trapped in one or more of them.

 

Practice observing in which category you are in relationship with blind desire. So you can avoid or release the suffering which are caused by those desires. 

 

  1. Desire to search can be suffering, insecure or unsure if we can get it. Or anxious to get it;
  2. When you almost get what you have desired, you will have even stronger fear, you might not be able to make it happen;
  3. When you get it, you are afraid it is not as good as you expected;
  4. When you get it, it is as good as you want, then you are afraid you might lose it and try hard to hold onto it;
  5. Even if you are temporarily happy with what you desire for, contentment will disappear soon. And new desires will appear. Then you continue like a slave to work hard for the new goal;
  6. Eventually you will get bored of what you got, and sometimes you can’t even get away from it;
  7. Sometimes we put too much value in a blind way towards our desire and imagine how good it will be, and eventually realise it was a lie from ourselves and others. Eventually a shocking pain.
  8. Birth, aging, illness and death all come from the desire to survive and continue to survive. 

 

Example Answer to Number 1 Above

 

“Desire to search can be suffering, insecure or unsure if we can get it. Or anxious to get it;”

 

Create fun in the present, to entertain your attention with something you already know, or have while you search for something else. In that way you create, balance of joyful present and curiosity for the future.

 

For example at a restaurant waiting for food, you can play scissors, paper, rock, to become a happy kid.

 

Level Two Meditation: Intuition into Joy

 

In this stage observing until you can stay in the present with intuition ability to discipline naturally away from blind desire. So self-confidence and joy will only go deeper.

 

Level Three Meditation: Into Inner Peace

 

Being wise and pure becomes more natural without any doubt.

 

Our blind desire is not affected by internal influences (ourselves) nor external influences (Other people or situations).

 

So a deep layer of peace and security combined with joy rises.

 

Level Four Meditation: Crystal Clear Awareness

 

In this stage of awareness, seeing through blind desire causing suffering becomes natural being.

 

Wisdom becomes sharp like a crystal clear light.

 

The joy of freedom shines so brightly.

 

Consciousness, through a free, new intuition ability is able to see the unlimited possibility in life.

 

Level Five Meditation: No Border Limitation

 

Levels 5 – 8 the consciousness can travel without a body, but still will have to come back to the body.

 

To explore outer space without borders, which includes being aware of other life forms, their cultures.

 

So time and space become a free-frequency. For the consciousness to be aware beyond human limitations.

 

In this stage our intuition ability appears as our new natural being, without any need to think. 

 

Our consciousness can travel without being stuck in a physical body and experience all different kinds of space without borders.

 

Level Six Meditation: Travel in Time

 

After consciousness is free from space, the next stage is free from time.

 

Pure consciousness at this stage can use different space to see cause effect of the different use of time.

 

For example: Our Earth could be a future for some other lower developing species from another planet. But for the more advanced species, they could be the future possibility for us. Consciousness is able to be aware of all of them at the same time.

 

Level Seven Meditation: No limitation in space and time

 

In this stage consciousness has magical high-speed to divide their consciousness into different space and time. So they can be aware different space and time, at the same time.

 

But still it will only happen when they are in a deep meditation. Once they come back to the body it will be all gone. And they remain as a normal human.

 

Some consciousnesses will be able to bring this ability back to the human body and create magical history. 

 

Level Eight Meditation: Strength of Pure Heart

 

In this stage of meditation, consciousness can not only divide to travel in different space and time, at the same time, they can also create a temporary appearing form to interact in those spaces and times.

Meditation Training Buddhism

 

Meditation is a result of concentration.

 

Serotonin / endorphins – Our brain will create these two when we concentrate on things we love to do, or enjoy to do.

 

Normally have to be some kind of challenge in an exciting or creative way. 

 

Buddhism meditation is also for this purpose through concentration to observe our life to get rid of suffering and reach happiness, which they call enlightenment or Nirvana.

 

But to get rid of suffering and reach happiness has two types, short-term and long-term.

 

In fact, long term, mean you able to remain constantly in short-term happiness meditation.

 

Also Buddhism teaches, reincarnation. And teaches the essence of ourselves which is our true eternal spirits.

 

So we if can concentrate, not trapped in blind reincarnation, which means blind birth, blind aging, blind illness and blind death. And then again and again in this loop blindly.

 

So able to be free from this blind loop and find our discover true eternal spirits.

 

And that is the utmost joy which is the final goal of meditation.

 

Once we reach this stage we will no longer be trapped in the physical body to experience all types of suffering and instead be aware of all types of unlimited joy.

 

To reach such a high goal, we need to start with a concrete foundation.

  • Some are over-sensitive to movement or sound, so they cannot rest in the same bed as others.
  • Also a biological-reason like too much of the wrong light – computer, phone, tablet

  • Physical reasons like stiffness pain and tension will effect our sleep
  • Emotional drama will effect sleep – fighting with your partner, stress at work, worry and fear will give us problems the same way it creates nightmares for children.

1st chakra – levels of desire

 

Survival and continue surviving but finally will die

 

  1. To survive.
  2. To continue surviving.
  3. To secure materials which support the first two desires.
  4. To secure relationships which support the first three desires.
    This includes having people love and like you, and makes you seek out fame and popularity.
  5. To control.
    This is a stronger force to secure the first two desires than can be gained through relationships. Fame can appear one day, then disappear the next, as it depends on other people’s feelings. Politicians manipulate others into giving support irrespective of what they are feeling.
  6. To control using knowledge.
    Scientists are driven by the desire to use information and knowledge to control people. Science creates more security than politics because it controls people and their environment (e.g. whoever has the best technology has the best weapons and therefore the most power).
  7. To control people by using religion to manipulate their fear of death.
    Religion exists because most people fear death and suffering. It is closely related to and allied with the fifth desire. To manipulate people’s deepest fears is a powerful force to secure material wealth for your own survival.
  8. To directly control space to ensure survival.
    Becoming an energy god requires an intuitive ability to use and control energy. This goes beyond the first seven desires, which are limited to accumulating materials and controlling other people. This desire can go in one of two directions depending on the underlying intention: becoming an energy god or an energy devil.
    Energy gods desire to create a harmonious society from highly cultured sharing and organisation. Energy devils are only concerned with gaining power, without any care for the suffering of other life. This appears as a negative desire to take energy from others in order to become more powerful. Both systems create very strong security for a long period of time, but because all the space in the universe will eventually disappear, so will they.
  9. To become empty.
    Once your ability is high enough to be directly aware that all the space will eventually disappear, you will no longer want to connect to anything. This is called the desire to be empty and free of attachment to materials. If you develop this desire, you will have no material form.
    Being without form, you are no longer limited by the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. Eventually, however, you create the feeling of loneliness because you cannot develop or grow. So even though you follow your desire to not be controlled by the changing power of materials, you are still controlled by the power of changing, which is Ego.

All of these nine desires cause suffering because they come from blindness. Only when you are aware of your desire habit and able to see that it is blind will you be free from suffering.
