[ ] In Tai Chi you create a feeling to move, not move to create a feeling
[ ] How to create light feeling in Tai Chi
- Laser line support Centre – power from foot, transit to leg create pelvis rotation become puma stomach, balloon chest, chin down, laser line shoots out seventh chakra gate, (100 joints nerve point) – Exercise: Practice end flow of Taiji.
- Energy rising like steam
- Flow down like rolling river
- Open like a balloon
- Out of the fingers like silk worm line
- Whole arm moving like a cloud
[ ] Hand moves with a breathing motion
- slowly open to extend Palm to every finger and knuckles like a peacock’s tail
- wrist always remain relax.
- Close it like a rotating jellyfish.
- Hand breathing motion must match balloon body effect. When balloon body open to maximum then hand open to maximum as well. When body deflate like a balloon hand rotation relaxes.
[ ] Laser line constantly charging in Tai Chi, it never stops.
[ ] Centre core of body creates inflate and deflate like balloon effect – whole arms follow like a cloud or wave. (There are exercises for both)
[ ] Rotation and jump motion – more laser line and balloon effect
- when hand follow the rotation and jump, foot and centre must charge first, hand follow at 45 degree – power in corner of wrist attack point
Advanced Tai Chi Points
[ ] Jump before eagle pose with extra hand flow – rotation into eagle pose needs body weight one side not straight down
[ ] Each final pose make sure foot leg laser line balloon then finally hand pose
[ ] Single whip hand rotation cannot affect centre before low pose
[ ] Explosion feel point to explode to, not just throw power into the air
Tai Chi is created when the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire and Wind flow together – extreme opposites in harmony.
