Further notes to improve your Tai ji  / Tai Chi

  • When sinking the force deep, twist foot deeper;
  • Positioning your feet: allow attack to pass through the target to allow the force to come back without losing balance;
  • Eyes at horizon-level – observing all the space;
  • Procedure: Foot, Dan Tien, laser line/centre… then hands just follow lightly for the possibility of attack;
  • Beautiful movement: Like nature like the four elements – water flow, animal spirit, fingers never tense;
  • Foot: in and up not one movement – same down and back two movements – take position to support weight. No break in the energy so opponent never has chance to make you lose balance;
  • Shoot up energy – like lights and open out like ballon all at the same time for balance.
