Meditation steps

– Step one: Purify the receiving senses

Read philosophy concentrate and check your heart – not greedy for anything… instead pick one sentence from reading Eternal Wisdom philosophy and feel and understand each word deeply until no more questions.

– Step two: Stop you’re searching heart

Live in present / see through illusion / no more personal / light and empty and enjoy feeling. Feeling light should make you smile gently.

Step three ask what is your true spiritual intention for this lifetime

Then re-enter your body from eternal will power.
