Taiji is 2 powers – Yin and Yang, able to go extreme to both sides at any moment, but remain in harmony.

So to become my own Sifu I must be able to be aware when I do 3 kinds of Taiji:

1: Too much Yang – appears as stiff, over stretched, tense, squeeze charge, incorrect procedure, 7 chakras laser line not straight, too much balloon, no curve, robotic, incorrect foot balance charge , one foot have 70-100% power and can switch

2: Too much Yin – relaxed but weak, lazy, no balloon, no stretch, legs not wide,

3: both in balance
