Meditation and Wuji

The idea of meditation is that at the end you understand the system of how the universe works. How life force work and you match that system. Imagine that system becomes all of your consciousness – body/subconsciousness, brain consciousness, I consciousness and hidden consciousness.

This can be applied to whatever system.

For example Tai Chi system: Extreme opposite force in harmony.

  • You want this to ‘appear’ in your I-consciousness.
  • I-consciousness include brain and subconsciousness – so cover physical, emotional, mental,  character, psychology.
  • Example: Take character
    • You want to balance extreme different characters, while being in harmony with both characters without being stubborn in either character. Be wild, be conservative/disciplined, can be both without being stuck/stubborn/lost in either.

 

How to put into your Tai Chi?

  • Tai Chi is ending to Wuji
  • Wuji is complete light free from every possibility
  • For training you don’t want right away Wuji without foundation
  • The kong/meditation bell system* is to help guide towards that direction
  • Why?
    • You can’t get Wuji
    • You have I you can’t be Wuji
    • You have try, you can’t be Wuji
    • Wuji have no try, no I
  • It is only when you become naturally sensitive and light towards empty and that empty awareness feeling, no tension feeling, totally light feeling  and that is the energy of that bell when it opens VOOM….

 

How to train it?

  • Start with one and then continue to add more when discipline is higher.
  • Start with one bell sound/feeling to lightly concentrate to match – choose an earlier chakra will create light from under to up like an air bubble under water expanding open
  • Then train to add feeling into all 7 chakras
  • Then train to add feeling into all joints
  • Then train to add lights inside your body (training sky eyes)
  • The train to add this feeling to all 108 nerve points
  • Then train to add this feeling to connect the 108 nerve points to create meridian line lights river
  • Then create lotus in all 108 nerve points
  • Then create lights and lotus in every cell on your body
  • Then imagine a Buddha in every lotus and bow to them, call Amitabha Buddha’s name
  • “I think this system can help to see Pure Land inside your own body” (Sifu)
