– moody
– up and down
– not steady
– lead to suffering

We are looking for how to stay in a good mood

All emotion come from ego.

Business, being nice for own want.

Break up philosophy
1. The feeling I would love you forever was temporary, come from lonely, come from passion to share with each other, now it’s gone, this kind of personal is from ego needs, so when ego need change, it disappears, it’s not realiable. The moment you take it so important it’s got you. Most of the time it is your fear. When gone, you can observe this. I need to dance, I need to disco. Everyone wants to look at me, but in the end they care about the dancing king, want to experience my passion, how I express my desire, passion through movement… not even really me. All the girls that were crazy where did they go? Gone…. Reality.. see through it. They don’t even know my deep philosophy heart.

Personal emotion – it means you’ll worry for the rest of your life.. funny 🙂

Emotion is not wrong, it just surely will go to suffering because from ego and ego change.

We want to change emotion into eternal wisdom.

We are not learning wisdom for something to be in our head, we are learning to help ourselves and share to help others improve ther lives in a beautiful and perfect direction. Wrong direction is guaranteed suffering

It is not try to find the answer. On the journey looking for the answer you forget what you already know.

  3. Psychological

Physical

  • 1. Keep body no tension
    2. Train body good posture, good centre, not overweight, flexibility
    3. Taiji, stretching, healing, acupuncture, Tui’na,
  • Problem is we don’t value it, include me (Sifu)
  • I did a meditation and experience a wave of energy.. I can see from inside my body… a nice wave, joyful
  • There are so many mysteries hidden in the body.
  • And we learn 6 senses is the key to your suffering, your limitation, but also key to make you Bodhisattva and Buddha
  • Buddhism is the whole view, body, mind and spirit.
  • Make shape more balanced and stronger.

 

Mental

  • Blueprint
  • We release tension but it comes back
  • Because we don’t have good principle of life
  • Thinking ability, Subconsciousness awareness ability is not free from recreating blindness
  • Even you release this much, you create THIS much

Psychological

Good character

Good intention

So if you do all three you don’t t have complete wisdom knowledge, you have complete wisdom ability.

It’s not something you can hear and then got it! We all have that lazy. Reality is not going to happen yet util you develop eternal wisdom all angles, physical, mental, psychological

Physical illusion – know how to take care with harmony, no tension

Brain consciousness ability- know how to develop wisdom to see through all the blindness ideas

Psychologically – know how to clean out all the negative habits, lazy, not sharp, not observing enough, a lot of bad intention, puriify all of them. The opposite, develop a lot of good intention, and make those wisdom abilities become habit.

 


 

When we bow we make complete circle, represent perfect, all the negative about life help us to  improve to become perfect
