Like a circle, perfect is in every present
- A Circle needs a perfect angle to come around and back to join, if any angle a little bit wrong and not smooth, it will not come back and connect.
- To make a perfect circle need every present precise in every detail

The Masters Skill: Observe masters outside of martial art
- You have to practice to make what I say become automatic, subconscious, then you are master.

- Make something so abstract repeat and perfect every time, make something so difficult and abstract repeat again, control smooth and slow, fast, control relationship with centre, control with opponent.

- Because even making the perfect circle appear one time you are not able to stay with it

Air man is a high technique, if people not able to touch you, they can’t beat you.

What is empty for a Master?
- If you have something try to empty something then there is an I there
- For example – If you are aware of silent you will not try to aware if you are aware of silent.
- It is actually not even aware you are silent, then you are into it deeper.
Observing Life Sound Bodhisattva technique – fastest way to out of body

- First stage – aware sound
- is aware of all the sound and free from that attachment to all the sound judgemental and free from that, your I, free from your labels towards all those sounds, free from personal relationship towards those sounds
- Second stage – aware body
- Start to lose that attachment and then you are back to your body
- Then your body will start to correct itself
- When the body is not attached/hooked to everything, then natural being starts to direct it, into meditation zone.
- All your body will move automatically in a gentle way, everything straighten and open into what we are looking for, Taiji, the highest level
- The keep going further.
- Third stage – aware silent
- When you are into perfect balance you will start to actually free from this body
- You are not even aware of this body.
- Aware silent
- Something free from all of these outside the body
- It is like existing in a totally different way than normal
- Everything calm and peace and quiet, no gravity, no tension, very joyful
- Smile go so deep
- Normally 3rd eyes can open start to see lights
- That light and joy and calm motion, is whatever you call silent
- At some point you will become you are aware you are in that stage, and then you will say “this is awesome.” then that awesome start to go away
- Because I appear again.
- You can win that remain free from that and then that joy is silent, calm feeling will disappear and then you are out of body
- Fourth Stage – back to essence
- Once you lose connection to your body you are back to your essence
- First stage – aware sound
Sifu explains his own development with this moving meditation ability
- I have experienced out of body many, many times, experienced this light, joyful, calm, free feeling. In fact already when I was young I could suddenly go into it so deeply. But not able to stay in it every time. I have developed a skill to go into it every time through moving meditation.
- If I move with philosophy, I change my intention, become free from all the connection, start into that light, free, delicate, lotus blooming, hand signals, slowly slowly aware like a piece of feather, or lotus petals blooming, then you will become very very light.

When you practice Tai Chi
- Technique
- You want to aware more and more delicate detail, lighter feeling, and no-I stress,
- Avoid:
- try hard this, or try-hard that,
- worry or afraid I’m not doing good,
- or have an I there say “ok I’m observing myself doing it correctly.”
- None of this will help you reach the highest level
- Beginning you need that to observer am I following procedure, and that procedure you observe observe until you know you really follow it
- You are no more against that
- First stage – Procedure is our foundation

- Aware until your subconsciously can go into it, then you graduate
- Once the is your foundation you can create
- Third stage – Intuition
- Use intuition to create what you to appear
Question: Did you say imagine using a feather, or lotus blooming was a good way for us to start to practice
Answer
- When I charge up and then falling feeling, I’m not “trying to move like a feather.”
- I’m trying to feel that lightness
- Then that lightness itself will find the right angle to move in a beautifully way
- Lotus blooming I can feel every cell in my skin is blooming, breathing open, and that lightness appear from there go to my whole body
- So I just through that energy and then hand guiding and then transfer that to my whole body, then I can go into deep meditation
