Moving Meditation Technique

1. Feel like empty open space,🌫

5. Always be aware of the foot step before moving.
And use the foot creates power to balance the whole body all the time ⛸👢

7. Always make sure feel every part of body open and light♨♨

8. Easy, joyful motion, relax but change center 🐉🐲🙏

9. Use every move to reduce tension… more open and more light 🧚‍♀

10. Feel the music inside your body create no tension motion for you (sing to yourself to bring the feeling to your face and body)💃💃💃💃

11. If you like the music and Music is delicate and detailed… So you should only move as delicate and detailed with enjoyment Melt into the music 🎵 🎶

Common mistake

1. Center does not stay quiet and straighten, over tense movement from hand
