What is Worry?

When negative psychology from our own possessiveness, ego, and fear creates a mental habit to constantly think things in a negative way.

 

How to be free from worry

Because the moment worry already appear, any thinking from that comes from already a bad seed.

So create a new cause when it appears outside of that.

For example:

Instead of: “I am worried and I don’t understand.”

Change to: “I will enjoy patiently observing the situation.”
