This is known as the 6 Paramitas (6 Perfections / 6 Bodhisattva Characters)
Awareness of Opposites
Concentrate on being aware of the completely opposite forces in life.
Embrace being lively, wild, free, and calm, yet sharp and tension-free.
In meditation, there is a harmony of extreme contrast (Tai Chi.)
Developing a Free Heart
Meditation encourages the development of a free heart—one that releases attachment to ‘I’ and ‘my.’
Sitting down and letting go of the mind’s psychology is a step toward freedom.
Observing Life Without Negativity
Negativity clouds the mind.
Meditation teaches us to stop negative thought patterns and purely observe life, embracing its truth without judgment.
Remember, changing negativity to neutrality is already a positive.
7 Chakra Meditation
We can use other philosophies like the 7 Chakras to help us understand meditation.
1st Chakra: Desire Meditation
Desire meditation arises when consciousness lets go of the urge to acquire or possess. It’s about being free from attachment. Free to enjoy desire without being controlled by it until it brings suffering to self and others, now or in future.
2nd Chakra: Passion Meditation
Passion meditation balances extreme excitement towards life without ambition or stress.
It fosters a state of joy and enthusiasm that is free from worldly pressures.
3rd Chakra: Physical / Moving Meditation
When harmonious and free of tension, physical movement becomes a form of meditation.
This doesn’t mean slow; it means it can be slow or fast, soft or hard, light or heavy, still or moving, etc.
Extreme speed outside needs complete calm inside.
Being present and aware of future potential transforms physical actions into mindful practices, such as Tai Chi.
4th Chakra: Emotion Meditation
Emotion meditation involves opening your heart to feel other lives or philosophies.
It nurtures kindness and care toward others or the choice to remain content, calm, joyful, and free with philosophy.
5th Chakra: Thinking Meditation
Thinking meditation emphasizes purely observing the truth of life, not just calculating what we want.
A joyful heart arises when you are free from judgment and comparison, revealing the incredible power behind the truth of life.
6th Chakra: Intuition Meditation
To transcend thought, calculate with the heart and teach through intuition. Speaking with wisdom arises naturally from this practice.

Intuition meditation ability is to be free from illusion-I, which can open up being directly aware of other spaces.
7th Chakra: Hidden Consciousness Meditation
