      • Whatever we experience is just a frequency. ‘Human’ is a human-zone frequency.
      • You can tune into the frequency and hear a sound with a radio.
      • As humans, we are in a 6-sense frequency (The brain being the 6th sense.)
      • We can connect to unlimited frequencies.
      • Meditation teaches us how to break the limitation of ‘human frequency’ and teach us how to connect to different frequencies.
      • There are unlimited systems of meditation, and each one can bring you to a different frequency.
      • If there are unlimited frequencies in life, then what is reality? There is no limit to reality.
      • Let’s begin with Tai Chi.

Tai Chi Moving Meditation is a Frequency

      • Tai Chi brings you to a moving meditation frequency
      • Tai Chi is a good frequency for the Earth for humans, which is why FuShi drew a sign to help us learn it.
      • When Abstract Martial Art Emperor Fushi drew the Tai Chi sign for humans, it was drawn in 2D, but in reality, it must be in 3D.
      • Bring a whole curve to your body – the secret of Fushi
      • Whole body curve – called a curving wave
      • The whole universe is a curving wave – no straight lines in the universe.
        • Sometimes straight lines in a short distance, over long distances, are curving.
        • Even light from a far distance is curving around space and time
        • Every atom is turning. Turning is a curve as well
        • So straight is not possible
      • Training Tai Chi to become aware of our body helps us to experience a new frequency. This is a preparation to access more frequencies.
      • Without this training as a foundation, we will struggle to develop the self-confidence to continue training further.

What is reality? There is no limit to reality.

    • We experience life as having limits. We still feel limited because our awareness ability (our consciousness) is not yet developed enough.
    • For example, the Sun has not disappeared when we experience nighttime on Earth. From our current position, we cannot see the sun. But the sun is still there.
    • Buddha taught that if you take only what you experience as life, you are stuck in that reality.
    • But Buddha explained Dharma, the complete system of life, is incredible. Once we understand Dharma, our hearts will shine with wisdom and joy to share this. But we don’t experience it as incredible because we cannot see.
    • That’s why we are learning Buddhism, to help us break the limitation to see unlimited brightness.
    • Learning meditation is to help us break the limitation of being human.

Life Frequency and The Heart Sutra

    • The first line of the Heart Sutra says ‘brightly aware.’This brightness comes from breaking our limitations.
    • Once we break our limitations, there is no such thing as blindness anymore.
    • Walk into a dark room. Lights on, and darkness disappears.
    • But the light off, and darkness reappears.
    • So wisdom is not one time to be wise. It is an ability. Meditation can help us to continually develop our ability until the momentum cannot be stopped. This is an awakened heart that will soon become a Bodhisattva.

Life Frequency and the Wave of Intention.

    • The surface of the water is still. Then a stone is tossed into the water, and the surface of the water breaks and rings expand outwards from the centre.
    • They call this frequency idea in Buddhism a wave of intention from the heart. All the consciousness (hearts) joined together.
    • So the Six Realms of Reincarnation (of which one is humans) is a connection through frequency. 
    • Only the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas can transit between realms through frequency.

How can life frequency help us understand Amitabha Buddha’s Pure Land Universe?

    • Awakened Pure Land is from the wave of an awakened heart
    • Our essence is the same as Buddhas.
    • So our hearts can create unlimited universes like Amitabha Buddha. 
    • But we are blind, so we create a blind body in a blind space and experience suffering. This is called reincarnation.

How Can Life Frequency Help Us to Observe Our Lives?

    • Even though our hearts can create in these two directions – blind direction creates suffering. But from experiencing suffering, we observe and analyse our life, and our suffering and develop the wisdom to get out of suffering and back to joy. The Heart Sutra calls this Observing Self Being.
    • This is another kind of meditation. Observing Self-Being Meditation

How do we practice Observing Self-Being Meditation?

    • Observe 3 Eternal Dharma Truths
      • All the forms are constantly changing.
      • There is no such thing as individuality. Everything is connected. Changes come from the other.
      • Nirvana, complete freedom is silent.
    • Once we take time to observe this philosophy, it can appear more and more for us.
    • Over time we realise that all of this is awareness, but not the awareness ability. Then the heart can find a way back to the essence.

What is the first frequency we should practice? Back to our Pure Essence.

    • Essence means original. Nothing can come before the essence.
    • Essence can never appear. Because whatever appears is changing. Something that never appears, never changes, remains calm and unlimited.
    • Essence is free from suffering, joyful, and unlimited possibilities, but not completely perfect.
    • So practicing going back to a life frequency of pureness is a great foundation for our development.
