Secret of Balance in Tai Chi
There 4 different types of Balance.
1) Stiff Style
Squeeze the muscle in the flowing way up (i.e. squeeze stomach muscle up)
Create stiff, like robot, but sometimes might be required, so need to train to know how to do
2) Rotation Up Style
Up and rotation open every joint – feel them opening
3) Dantian Curved Style
From Dantian as a ball rolling, energy moving as curve
Whole body Yin Yang movement – opposite sides open
Open feet correspondingly to balance and support whole movement, include center twisting like DNA rotation up,
4) Waterman Style
Feel the foot, energy twisting up, whole body whipping like water
To create different element requires using different type of balance
Goal is to reach number 3
