Tai Chi, Qui Gong, Chen Kun and Wu Ji Martial arts creates:
Strong center
Observing self being ability
Purify – purify your character to be able to move with no I
These are also the bridge/foundations to develop Buddhism as an awareness ability. Allowing spirits to become a reality for a consciousness – Becoming a spiritual being.
Why?
You have to have a strong center to challenge all the Dharma Ending blind illusion (external blindness) as well as all your own blindness that you create yourself – worry, fear, greed, possessiveness (internal blindness). So without a strong center you will just get swept into all of this.
Observing self being – if not practicing this you will never become aware of what blindness you are creating (as you are the main cause) or have the sensitivity to be aware of how others are reacting to the way you are being. So you won’t ever be able to develop, increase your level of awareness to change your being. You will just continue being in a blind direction.
Purify – through observing and purifying your blind action when you move, you can also use this same ability towards the character/being you create when you are not doing martial arts. Every moment we create one heart two gates. Either towards blind or awakened. So you can start to create your character towards the direction of harmony – Wu Wi being towards other life as speaking and action (external), but also towards yourself as well thoughts and feelings (internal).
Learning our blind action in martial arts and practicing to change it = In life learning our blind character and practicing to change it.
In martial arts we are learning to create a feeling, not just move a certain way.
In Buddhism we are also learning to create a feeling of pure kind and care towards self and every life.
When doing a form, sensitive awareness of gravity and power from foot and center never stop.
When living, sensitive awareness of the heart to create/be pure, kind and care also non stop.
This builds the bridge between martial arts and Buddhism to awaken the consciousness.
