To find the answer to understand life and the universe, it’s not the external space, external space just reflects our internal universe.
The internal universe you can only discover by aware of our body and our consciousness.
To awaken the mysterious unlimited force of life and the universe, we only have to understand the human body and the source where our intention grows from, which is our heart.

- Yi Jin Jing – ligament development (which is strength, flexibility and agility United as one)
- Bone marrow- rises immune system and life force
- Tai Ji and Chen Kun –
- Tai Ji is internal yin and yang energy system.
- Chen Kun is external big bang and black hole system. Through training tai ji we can open internal energy to connect to external universe energy.
- Wu Ji – Unlimited force of changing and unlimited force of no changing. Essence force of all the being. The force of a Wu Ji creates all the existing, but itself doesn’t move, doesn’t change, has no form, it’s the force closest to our heart..
- 5 senses – come from our heart
- 7 chakra – 7 spiritual energy centers. These seven energy centers connect to the deepest layers of our heart, hidden consciousness. Which is unlimited intention of all life.
- Awaken consciousness, also known as god consciousness or Buddha consciousness
Through the above training we will be able to open up our internal universe to recreate our external universe.
Internal universe is our true consciousness, once it’s open it becomes awakened consciousness.

This is highest consciousness as our perfect idea of God, or unlimited kindness and wisdom heart as Buddha.
