The Tao of Tai Chi is due to relaxation
Loose and soft, reach the heel
Two instrument changes, center spin up
So loose, it’s a cycle of its own
Circulate endlessly, finally realize the infinite

The foundation of the pure land leads to wisdom
Relying on wisdom to achieve illusion, heart to clear
Illusory impermanence, let go of freedom
No obsession with Buddha, one mind and one mind
Rebirth in the Pure Land, the fruit of bliss

太極之道。淨土之本

太極之道，緣於放鬆
依鬆而柔，力達腳跟
兩儀變化，中心上旋
如此鬆旋，自成循環
循環不已，終悟無極

淨土之本，導於智慧
依智了幻，心達清明
幻法無常，放下自在
無執念佛，一心一意
往生浄土，極樂證果
