3 Ways to reach Nirvana

All human have chance to develop a culture that we can never dream of. No more suffering, able to independent and free to experience all kind of joy. To share great and good intention even more to understand eternity which is the essence of all life.
These are not ideas theory or promise. These 3 steps have a precise training system. Anyone who understands a clear practical logic. Anyone who is willing to support to join the strength together. To develop this new system. Then we will be able to avoid high intelligence but in a blind way of termination to our human culture and transfer high tech knowledge into awakening of spiritual human new age culture.
First step:
Understand all the mistakes and history of what human being have done and how to avoid. This is also where all the human suffering came from. If we understand it precisely we can be free form it .
Second step:
Utilize high tech to help us develop high intelligence consciousness ability. So in one Side we are aware of high tech like a slave. Instead we are the free consciousness, with free will in a wide de way to use high tech. To support our consciousness to become more wise and agh the same time to develop healthier lifestyle and stronger physical nature.
With art of movement.l and joy of control of our body language.
3rd Step:
To develop hidden ability. To awaken and understand our deepest potential. The ability to aware the essence of life.
All the appearance in universe is constantly changing.
Because it is constantly changing there is no eternity.
The only thing to control the changing into a perfect way.
Underneath all The changing there must be a essence which is eternally supporting all
This changing. Aware their source which is the essence of life. Which is our deepest layer of life strength. We will reach the final stage of life. Complete awaken. Back to eternal essence, out of blind birth and death. Live in the eternal force and free to choose to enjoy the game of life. To enjoy the game of unlimited birth and death.
These 3 step now going to shine and be free for every life to observe and understand. So we can together avoid all the mistake and suffering from the human history. And build up a spiritual age of modern day and new human culture. Which will guide us to understand the final meaning life, the true freedom of being awakened.

Bodhisattva level awakening
Bodhisattva don’t have a special Sunday philosophy class to become awakened – every second, internal/external, everything in life you connect to is all for this purpose.
If you understand that awakened means that you don’t want to be blind anymore.
At human-level we are used to being blind – born blind, connect to blind people/society, then blindly accept blindness.
So don’t allow yourself to trick yourself.
Actually a Bodhisattva will practice “Observing Self-Being” (From Heart Sutra, first line, first words) which means they will correct themselves first.
Life is a perfect system. If you are aware of it it is perfect. If you are not aware of it, it’s still perfect.
Awakening vs Intelligence
Intelligence is sometimes not wise:
- Steve Jobs – incredibly gifted genius, dies from cancer / stress
- Stephen Hawkins – incredibly gifted genius, body broken – no one want t a body like that
- Einstein – incredibly gifted genius – but think of karma, he wanted to created weapon, invented technology to create nuclear bomb – that means all of that coming back to him.
Intelligence if it goes into wrong direction will bring wrong karma into your life.
Not saying intelligence is wrong, saying wisdom is important to guide / lead intelligence into the right direction.
Another way to say it, wisdom is about direction.
Away from suffering? Wisdom.
Towards potential to create unlimited joy for yourself and others? Wisdom.
Now and in future? Wisdom.
Six Bodhisattva characters last one is wisdom – count as most important because it guides the first 5. It is first and last. That is why the philosophy sometimes explains wisdom as the first 5 Bodhisattva Characters joined together (Generosity, discipline, patience, concentration and meditation.)
Once you have a clear direction, a clear goal, you can work towards it. If you are off course towards it, you can correct and bring yourself back on course.
3 Steps to Nirvana – Human Level 1
In life the real reason we cannot understand what is happening is because we don’t have a map.
First Level Nirvana : Physical
Physically we have a lot of tension. It comes from many causes, bad posture, unhealthy diet, poor sleep, smoking/drinking too much. Incorrect style of or no training, blocked energy. Our bodies break down. Pollution.
So first level Nirvana – physical is to actually purify all the pollution not just sometimes but it works better if you do it all the time.
Then as a basic level to learn to enjoy to do it.
And finally you look forward to it as your natural being so it becomes really enjoyable and then it gives your life more force. which is what we all know – not to have tension.
Like for example to practice stretching / yoga – instead of feeling like you have to rush and finish it, instead make it enjoyable put on some music make yourself some tea give yourself time to enjoy it and then you will enjoy stretching more and more.
We are a slave of our own bodies and we don’t have the appreciation and care towards them. So we should not expect a slave to magically be so joyful the moment we want it to! So before you reach this stage of enjoyment of Nirvana you have to clean out all this physical pollution make your body strong, flexible, relaxed enjoying to train it
Until you get to the point away from have to do it but actually the stage where you really enjoy to do it that’s the first stage
First level of Nirvana – Psychological
The second pollution you have to climb out of is out psychology.
We are used to many different “I feelings”. Most of those “I feelings” are in a non-spiritual zone.
And we bounce around – moody, stressed, lazy, over-careful, careless, kind, greedy, concentrated, can’t concentrate. This stage of bouncing around come from internal and external.
This is why we will stay in reincarnation.
But we have the power to choose to create something else.
But we do not practice this ability – to choose before we act.
If the way you concentrate is an intensive, try hard, calculation, very important psychology – choose something else.
But what else?
See it as not quite perfect yet. Redesign your “I feeling” to make life more harmonious.
To change this add kindness and care to yourself, practice lightness, patience to purify yourself so your direction is towards more perfect.
This creates a spiritual joy so you’re not stuck in this I or that I – each new I you can create gives you more freedom in future situations – as long as they are in a spiritual zone.
So we normally don’t choose our I, we just go with what we are used to.
Choice will create a calmness and kindness. The joy from inner peace and wisdom will shine with no strong-ego-issue involved in it
First level of Nirvana – Mental
To support the free choice psychology I, to make it successful you need the 3rd wisdom which is from mental.
Mental, out thinking habit, is usually busy for I and mine.
So to reach the first level of nirvana we change this into wisdom zone.
If you do not know much eternal wise and kind philosophy then this is a great time to learn it.
If you do know eternal wise and kind philosophy then this is the time to remember it.
If you can remember eternal wise and kind philosophy then it is time to practice it!
This is the procedure to clean out this nonsense thinking which itself is a blind habit that does not help us.
Summary
Physically – free from tension and enjoying to train ourselves.
Mental – Remember the wisdom and practice not following usual ways of thinking
Psychologically – Clean out our usual (non-useful) characters and habits that we blindly follow and we have more choice in every situation.
In this zone physically mentally and psychologically we can reach human level Nirvana.
3 Steps to Nirvana – Human Level 2
Summary
Our feeling of ourselves, our own life and our own problems seems so big.
But compared to the size of the universe it is like a tiny bit of dust.
Even our earth feels huge but it’s just a dot in our solar system.
And our solar system is just a dot in the Milky Way Galaxy.
And our galaxy is a very small dot in this universe.
Once again our problems compared to the entire universe are nothing.
The Second human level of Nirvana is to realise that our feeling of I, our illusion I, our feeling of self, is really just a bubble – so short, so small.
It’s not even really our true self. It just comes from a connection to everything else. Male/female, nationality, race, age, study-level, job, views, body-shape – whatever.
We are polluted by this and we are a slave of this illusion I.
But our true self it does not have to be limited by this zone.
When we do not take our illusion temporary I so seriously then True I can appear.
Right away feel free.
Right away you can look at everything almost like a theatre, or a movie.
When you watch a movie you don’t get stressed if there are people shooting each other you know you’re not going to get shot at because you’re watching a movie. You are safe to enjoy it and you will not get stressed. Or you know the stress it’s just from enjoyment of the drama and excitement of the movie.
So it doesn’t mean it doesn’t matter, you create space to enjoy it and change it.
If you look at your past life, this is just like a movie as well. A problem that was so big for you at three years old you can’t even remember it any more! Or five years old or 15 or 20 years old.
Whenever we remember our past and what used to be so important it’s now gone and instead we create a new important to worry about and stress about.
So through this kind of observing, the second level of Nirvana is to realise we have a habit to make everything so important.
But in fact if everything is important, then nothing is important. From this zone we can find inner peace.
Your true essence is not the illusion I.
When you can see through that illusion and that is what takes you back to the essence.
You will actually have a free heart because you will always feel freedom when you watch a movie if you really know it’s a movie.
And to understand this wisdom is not to run away from the movie or want to the turn the movie off.
It is to create a beautiful perfect movie that we enjoy and that we can share with others. A movie others enjoy watching as well.
If you played a movie which scares everybody so they run away then you know that is not the right movie for your life. If you play a movie which everyone else likes but you do not, well that can’t work either.
If you really feel your life is a movie you would enjoy to get scared, enjoy the excitement and the drama, the struggle, that contentment, and the journey. No longer waiting for the movie to end, you are totally into the joy of it. Learning to enjoy all the parts of this movie. Learning to be actor, director and audience.
Free to create a new movie.
And there are no life forms in any space and any time that are different from this as they all create their own life movie. Then get lost into it, forget it’s a movie then one day realise life is like this and awaken. Then to help others realise this and awaken as well. And this is closer to the truth of life.
And your true self is this observer.
So observing self being is our true self and that is why are we observing our own theatre and everyone else’s.
Not to judge the issues and blindness. But to learn from them. Because wisdom comes from when we see through blindness. So we cannot get wisdom, wisdom can only appear when we are being the wisdom and have seen through our blindness.
So the second Nirvana is true wisdom self being.
Being that means you see through all the illusion that means your heart is always free and self-confident and have joy.
Light comes on, darkness disappears. So the second Nirvana is to concentrate and value the wisdom then you’ll become absorbed to become your true self force then true self being appear
You will then live in a force that is eternal power is very high-level but it is also in us to awaken.
QUESTION:
Practical for one and two – Observing Self-Being – goto nature, Qigong, meditation, back to essence ability appears, life awareness is bright and joyful – it is amazing.
How do we remain in this zone?
ANSWER from Sifu:
You cannot. Not with your regular I.
Work on computer – mix joy, stretching, smiling, music, tea – mix tension and relax. Not too much ambitious ego behind.
For me (Sifu) I know this wisdom but I still have a hard time to do it!
Because my old self is so strong.
But if you follow old self it will make it worse
Your old self is the grumpy self, the moody self the self that doesn’t want to do it so no chance from there to make it perfect. Instead have to directly change to a new self. From there make perfect.
We call this back to essence back to a pure stage when you’re free again to choose every moment in life and because this essence doesn’t have any moody or grumpy or tense or trapped ambitious this is the correct zone to create from.
So when you can go back to essence from there you can recreate but it is still not going to be easy it is still an ability we must learn to develop a practice.
But it is possible for you.
Ask yourself – So now how am I going to create a new I that is light and joyful and free?
My own secret technique I learn from Tai Chiis to add in more detail.
When I train Tai Chi I am constantly looking for ways to improve myself – less tense, more extreme to enjoy it , more beautiful, more joyful, more light. And because my heart is in the zone of adding in more and more details to make perfect I have less attention left to follow moody blind feelings.
