First five parts of first sentence of Zhang Sanfeng – more about condition

1) Move without blockage, feel whole body light and sensitive

2) When moving – energy connect like a whip

3) Feel internal energy – vibrating chi in Dan Tian

4) Your consciousness stay calm to aware of internal energy and external posture 

5) Aware of the above without mistakes.

Second sentence – how to be aware of energy

1) Perfect centre with balloon energy charge

2) The energy charge never breaks – laser line non-stop 

3) Power from foot spring point

4) Strength of the whole leg support the move

5) Control from rolling ball (Dan Tian) from waist

6) Energy finish should appear in the fingers

Third sentence – Procedure and Self-Defence

  1. First three procedures: Aware Power from Foot to leg to your waist leading all the moves.
  2. Train until unite together instinct, top never move without it.
  3. Airman and waterman – Move either forward or back, your leg and waist  you will be free to get any good position – Shadow Boxing
  4. If you cant do it to move for self-defence, your energy will break and you will lose good position

Question: how to stop breaking energy from happening.
Answer from Sifu: aware and follow procedure, there is no break, so don’t have to “fix” breaking.

2) Feel a connection everywhere – there is no breaking point

3) Feel internal energy (chi) is vibrating (muscle relaxed, build energy inside; i.e. when using temper)

4) Aware energy (1-3 to the highest level – extreme detail & control) but hiding energy for others (remain peaceful & calm through being extremely sensitive, close to idea of shadow boxing)

5) Remain 1 to 4 without any break in any second (professional constant control in every part of your body)

1) Move without blockage, feel whole body light and sensitive (silkworm line smoke finger – reverse direction to inside – no blockage) 
 
2) When moving feel the energy connect like whip (feel a connection everywhere – there is no breaking point)  
 
3) Feel internal energy (chi) is vibrating in the Dan Tian (muscle relaxed, building energy inside, buzzing; i.e. when using temper)  
 
4) Your consciousness staying calm, constantly aware of internal energy and external posture  
(aware energy is mastery of first three to the highest level – extreme detail & control, but hiding it from others, hence remaining peaceful & calm through being extremely sensitive; close to idea of shadow boxing)  
 
5) Aware all of the above without mistakes (remaining in 1 to 4 without any break in any second; constant professional control in every part of your body) 
 
Six parts of second line of Zhang Sanfeng: 
 
6) Perfect centre with balloon energy charge (both energy and posture equally balance – equally charged to every angle; posture have perfect center)  
 
7) The energy charge never breaks – laser line non-stop (the whip energy has to be from foot and never have any break point – the charged energy never breaks, like a laser line) 
 
8) Power always from foot spring point (always aware your foot (spring point) because that is where the power starts)  
 
9) Strength of the whole leg to support the move (power is from whole leg to supporting the rest of body upwards – create strength by whole leg) 
 
10) Control is from rolling ball (Dan Tian) from waist (the control or the direction or attack is from waist rolling)  
 
11) Energy finish should appear in the finger (energy flow all the way to the finger, hence appearing in the finger) 
 
These two sentences are about energy control and condition. 
 
Third line of Zhang Sanfeng: 
 
12) Power has to be from foot to leg to waist – 3 procedures, which has to be trained until becoming one, (by instinct or intuition – like airman power) 
 
13) When you move forward or backward, you should get into any good position – position control 
(if you are not in good position, you will lose energy, be out of control and lose future good position)
