Samadhi means:
- Out of greed and ego
- Aware Equal Heart
- Aware life is perfect
Soha means: open heart to connect to a consciousness higher level than you to help you awaken
Samadhi Meditation:
one example is can listen to mantras and observe the meaning to then into Samadhi
