Found these awesome meditation philosophies and united them into one file. Thought it would be nice to help some of the newer generations connect to dharma joy through regular meditation practice 🙏🏼😊
The first list are different meditation techniques that build and can be united together.
The second part explains different levels of meditation…. there were an unlucky number of them so I labeled the last two as 12 😉 loophole 😀🤗🙏🏼😊
1. Observe without Intention, Curious
2. Whole body breathing, feel space between every nerve in your entire body. Your whole body will expand as you breathe in, feel the air travel to every part of your body and make it expand to feel lighter.
3. Buddha smile, back to innocence
4. No good, no bad, no personal judgment
5. Observe the observer
1. No judgement, no label to all sounds
2. No relative between awareness ability and illusion being
3. United Dao. Because there’s no relative, the eternal truth appears. All nature is always united. And all nature is in four different parts as a united cycle: appear, develop, destroy and disappear.
4. Not the same, not different. Aware both at the same time, unlimited different appearance and the essence is empty.
5. As the same, as different. As the same life is always illusion. As different, blind consciousness don’t know life is illusion. But awakened consciousness are truly aware life is illusion.
6. Completely awakened consciousness. Life is still eternally an illusion, but complete awakened consciousness has unlimited compassion and wisdom to create unlimited perfect illusion.
Different Levels Of Meditation
1.Regular life meditation,
2.Tai chi moving meditation,
3. Generosity, discipline, patience, concentration united together is the foundation of meditation.
4. Concentrate to be aware of all the completely opposite forces in life. Lively Wild free and no tension calm and sharp.
5. Free heart is Sitting down releasing mind psychology from I and my.
6. Stop negative and purely observe life.
7. Desire, when consciousness is not looking to get or being possessive of any desire.
8. Passion is extreme excitement without any ambition or any stress.
9. Physical-moving in harmony free of tension, being in present aware of any future potential.
10. Emotion-open heart to feel other life or philosophy. Kind and care towards others or
Content, calm, joyful and free with philosophy.
11. Thinking, purely observing the truth of life. Not just calculating what u want. Joyful heart will appear because u are free from judging comparing heart and you will be impressed by the amazing power behind the truth of life.
12. Calculate by heart and teach through intuition speaking wisdom ability.
12. Intuition meditation ability is to be free from illusion I directly aware of other space.
