Life is divided up to into two different parts

One is the power we use to be aware of everything, which is the awareness ability – consciousness, and whatever consciousness is aware of is our body and its surroundings.

Our body and surroundings are all part of space. When the space is moving and changing, then the feeling of time appears. So everything we can be aware of is basically time and space – but as we said time is just a measurement of space changing. So truly all we are aware of is constantly moving and changing space, which is our body and the universe.

The space changes in two different structures:

1. Concrete material form.

2. Molecules moving in a more free motion like sunlight, fire, wind… etc – which we call energy. According to scientist research we all know today that energy and material in essence are the same. Energy is a free motion of materials, and material is the concrete formation of the energy which is bound together. For example, steam and ice have completely different formations – ice has concrete form but once it has been melted into steam, it becomes energy. A long time ago, the earliest type of train was powered by steam.

But it doesn’t matter whether it is in the ice or the steam we all know the essence of these two are the same, H2O (water). Steam and Ice both are made of water. Our human bodies are made of atoms, in fact the whole universe is made up of atoms. This is hard to imagine through our vision, but the fact is, according to scientific research, our bodies cells are all built by atoms (this is basic anatomical understanding). Atoms are energy, when atoms are bound together moving in a concrete formation, it creates the cells to build up the material body that we are able to see. When these atoms move in a free motion within our body, this provides us with energy, like the engine in a car. Our blood would be like the petrol as it offers us strength, but the nervous system operates all systems within the body. This energy travels through the nerve points and meridian lines.
