SR: lying in bed thinking of all kinds of crazy desires I was chasing and all materials, using breathing to calm heart rate down, I started observing, I always struggle turning philosophy into a real feeling, started trying to understand what is life, focusing on illusion being and consciousness, try to feel in reality I’m an awareness ability and aware of all form, and straight away calm and still, observing whatever I was aware of was not me, trimmed everything back, aware of my body, aware of my emotion, aware of my thoughts, my character, my illusion I, felt separated, then a twisting galaxy opened up in my third eye.

Consciousness connects to illusion being, not limited to this illusion being.
