Waterman – use that sensitive aware others to create a centre, self-defence, sensitive feeling is the centre, to match them to control them
From that you have centre spirits to help you become awakened.
Then the eternal timing of the universe cannot control you – past present, future – past is gone, but never gone in your blind habit it influences your blind subconsciousness.
Main reason we have suffering is because our main cause is too weak!
Why we get controlled? Because we are not awakened to don’t develop a strong centre.
In Waterman – sensitive awareness centre, form you need laser line centre, procedure is part of centre, in Buddhism, to understand causation is the centre, in Amitabha Buddha, Purify ourselves is our centre.
Find a foundation as a centre, main cause then is the strongest, finally you clean out pollution and all suffering.
Each philosophy has that power, its connected to everything if you go deep.
When you have that amazing feeling, realise its connected to everything you graduate first level and free from your heart to talk about it. Mental level number one.
ACTION:
– Each philosophy you have to check, do I really understand this philosophy to connect to all the other angles?
– Then can make all the wisdom appear clear by heart I can think about it and express it about it and it makes sense?
So main cause is your own will. It is your own understanding eternal truth of life. Man cause is your power your develop to purify yourself.
We talk about our centre, so for Amitabha Buddha system what is our main cause?
Class responses:
- Purify our intention, thinking, speaking, action – change from supporting your blind habit, you create a new spiritual wise self.
- We so strongly support our ego. But we know our ego will never become a spiritual I bring us so much suffering. If it was spiritual we would be Bodhisattva already! Instead to aware of that, we support blind ego.
- Experience spirits they say is like 1 part awakened, then 1 part is blinking, remainder is darkness – aware posture, aware facial expression, aware energy, aware intention, aware present in every second, aware bring spiritual view to the world to every life then spiritual light start to appear. We are developing that non stop
- Amitabha Buddha purify sounds easy to understand but we have to improve more and more
- Observing self being, wisdom start to shine more and more
- Wisdom choice every present – create eternal light every second – no beginning, no end.
- What kind of wise choice? Don’t try to hold nothing, instead procedure, Aware truly from every angle life is illusion, nothing to hold then you will Feel light all the time. But we still let the illusion trick us. Not I have to, Not I try to hold nothing. That try itself is holding. Then it will become your natural being. Being the wise choice.
- Essence is pure. All the appearing form is illusion as we say above, but the essence is not that illusion for, it remains pure and perfect, so if you’re aware of that you can connect to it and recreate it in a directions towards three conditions. Essence is pure, so use it to create something.
- If it is pure, why do we always create blindness? Why don’t we represent essence is pure.
- Why is essence pure and perfect?
- Pure – The pollution and suffering is like poison, we mis some into water – but we can always boil the water and make water back to pure, our essence is like this we can purify it back.
- Perfect – perfect potential equally for every life causation
- ⁃ Story of the man looking at the mirror and get scared by reflection – not aware the reflection is you. It always comes from our main cause. We should aware our intuition and not get lost by it.
- Never give up the will, like Amitabha Buddha system, Will gives you direction, wise choice in the present towards that goal. To make will appear is a process, and when goal and present match then you reach it, any goal you have, you have to feel present doing that

- Sometimes I imagine I die – already connection disappeared. Like watch a movie and when someone dies reflect on their position, situation, blindness and then karma if they die and back into reincarnation – so what should I do at that moment to goto Amitabha Buddha Pure Land. Wisdom heart in that moment. Smile like statue, feel everything is illusion, not create a fear. Create that accepting the change. Death there is nothing to fear, we create fear to that idea, It is just the power of changing. Call Amitabha’s Buddha’s name.
- Feel free, then use free to connect to Amitabha Buddha, then Dharma Joy appear, then lotus and lights appear. Whatever you connect is whatever you are.

One part is action (movement) one part is the feeling (self-confidence), if your whole body feels joyful then it worked.
But if you feel stress, nervous, people will see it. People feel you and see you and aware of you.
They are aware of your action, which is your skill – if you lose balance, high-level looks complicated and easy for you to do it.
Posture has to be strong – they will be convinced you are strong. Aware posture every second, chest open, relaxed shoulder, balloon open everything light.
Then your feeling you have to create and live in that feeling – they can’t see the feeling, they will feel how you feel – convince people it is no stress, moving meditation.
These three directions help you develop awareness ability into moving meditation zone.
