Secrets of Shadow Boxing

What you are learning in martial arts is the highest martial art in the Earth, in all of history. From “human” history there is no one who can develop this.

It has a name.

 

Wisdom Fight: Shadow Boxing

The highest way for self-defence is not to use your power, the principle is to reach a point where you are so aware of yourself, aware everyone around you, aware situation, space, aware own energy, your own position, condition, other peoples condition and then use intuition instantly, calculate without have to think and then become when they move you move to. But your move is actually going to match their move for one purpose, one principle, using their power.

Using your own power you spend your own energy and you have a limitation when you use it.

Use your opponents force you can reach WUJI, unlimited.

Their power, they give to you. You save your own power.

That is the highest. You can use their power better than themselves. That makes you unbeatable. It means any power that comes to you is going to attack back at themselves. Attack each other.

Once you reach this level your awareness and wisdom calculation in the earth is surely unbeatable.

Because more people come to fight you, you have more force. Borrow more people’s power. It’s not like so many people come so you get scared.

2 people come: make them attack each other, make them attack themselves. Even when 100 people attack you, there can only be 10-12 people at one time around you – so you would us their power against each other so they cannot beat you.

They story about Zhang Seng Feng about defeating 100,000 soldiers from the general’s army in China comes from this technique. He never stopped moving towards the general.

 

Principle

To be aware how to control other people’s force to win. That’s why it is called Wisdom Fight.

And that awareness is a wisdom ability.

And because you calculate their position it is like a shadow. Shadow doesn’t calculate, it moves precise to match whatever the object moves. We want to reach a point where we can perfect match our opponent. That’s why it is called Shadow Boxing.

So this principle needs many disciplines to reach that point.

Below is a training system step by step.

 

Disciplines (to reach that)

 

1. Awareness Discipline

In other styles of martial art if you are faster than the other or stronger than the other you will win.

For this technique it is not that.

  1. Aware faster (not act faster);
  2. Aware more (than them);
  3. Aware from Intuition;
  4. Aware precise.

 

2. Sensitivity Discipline

  1. Sensitive to aware gravity;
  2. Sensitive to aware posture;
  3. Sensitive to aware energy;
  4. Sensitive to aware no tension.

 

3. Action-ability Discipline

  1. Aware action
  2. Aware energy flow
    1. From your foot, all the way to your head (7th Chakra gate out, laser line DNA twist), and all the way to fingers.
  3. Aware waterman
    1. Ability to make energy flow become water style, bendable laser line
  4. Aware of this to match opponent (Using waterman technique)

 

4. Attack discipline

  1. Reach nine soft explosions.*
  2. Never use more than 30/40% **
  3. Attack only weak / nerve points
  4. Bounce back (don’t stay connected to what you hit for energy to rebound back into you.. bounce away curving energy for new attack)

 

5. Psychology discipline

  1. Train until no thinking****
  2. No fear or worry in your mind or psychology
  3. Abstract being*****
  4. Be empty, no I****** (Don’t feel yourself, feel them 100%.)

6. Training discipline

  1. Not against any force / Use aerodynamic hand and body position to not against air
  2.  3D curve through space / Curving releasing natural-being;
  3. Like antenna feel the opponent
  4. Save power in centre, never more than 30/40% into an attack, save power in centre for attack and defend free to change

Training With Sifu – Lesson 1

Release system / relief system: Releasing opponents attacks

Cross push to chest / push to chest / cross body release and same side release /

  1. 3D Release

Control with no hand technique

  • Attack must go through.
  • Chi Gong foot position, bend knees, wider stance, 45 degree like in a fight
  • Don’t move foot yet, just practice top twist control
  • Timing: let their power connect and make you move – FEEL their information – don’t act before you feel it
  • But don’t feel too much – enough to aware them and change your position to win them
  • More relaxed, more easy

 

Training With Sifu – Lesson 2

  • Curve in early timing,
  • relax and waterman in,
  • wave in reef attack,
  • arm control,
  • horse kick,
  • snake keeps attacking,
  • chicken wing,
  • judo throw,
  • rotation give

 

 

 

 

Practice Technique

– Blowing the leaf

Never use more than 40% attack (airman / waterman change possibility, remain centre force balance)

Explode and then energy back

 

NOTES:

*Even if you can reach waterman but you don’t have nine soft explosions you can’t hurt them. You hit them you just annoy them they get crazy. Power strong enough. You use waterman to create good position for you, get them, boom, then out. Use whole body power from foot explode out.

**(1%-40%) 1% can win (eyeball.) 60% power remaiin for balance, change situation for attack and defence. 100% means no power to change. You miss? Or you get them another attacker can see that and get you. 10% enough to injure, knock away weapon

*** Relax so it doesn’t come back to you. Only explode to a point, all the other really light, energy only into that point. So you don’t handle that return.

****Become subconscious. Reach intuition. For Shifu, this is the only way he can act. When it’s so sure it becomes automatic.

***** More chance to win (you can’t predict cloud or steam.) Thought, action, energy, etc.

****** Feel them, feel their fear, feel where they are tense.
