Why is kindness the first eternal heart?

Generally – If you cannot be kind to yourself, you cannot be kind to others.

If you cannot be kind to yourself, you will not have care towards anyone.

Then wise choice will not appear, wisdom will not appear, greed will not go away and true freedom will be hidden.
