- Triangle poses
- Plough variations
- Cobra snake style into it – left right one knee down
Foundation movements / flows
- Beautiful go with gravity and flow around jellyfish style
- Tai Chi sign from Chi Gong form
- Rotations off the hands twisting Tai Chi transitions
- Bodhidharma pose / archer / whatever you like Butterfly
- Punch either side twisting change angles
- Always more power in centre stay light and free and fun like dancing
Tai Chi is unlimited to enjoy in this way.
