Moves

  • Triangle poses
  • Plough variations
  • Cobra snake style into it – left right one knee down

Foundation movements / flows

  • Beautiful go with gravity and flow around jellyfish style
  • Tai Chi sign from Chi Gong form
    • Rotations off the hands twisting Tai Chi transitions
    • Bodhidharma pose / archer / whatever you like Butterfly
  • Punch either side twisting change angles
  • Always more power in centre stay light and free and fun like dancing

Tai Chi is unlimited to enjoy in this way.
