Meditation Technique

  1. Practice Dragon breathe until you have emptied your mind, calmed you’re searching heart and feel joy in your body. You will feel delicate energy around your face and heart. Hint – you should be smiling. Take that smile and expand that energy around your body and down to your Dantien (lower abdomen.) See posts on Dragon Breathe for more training if you are stuck here.
  2. Visualise a golden lotus blooming in every joint shooting lights and warm energy
  3. Imagine (recreate a visual image in your third eye space) of Appearing in All the Space Bodhisattva. See image above.
  4. See yourself sitting there (not directly in front of the 4 elephants but in the corners). Feel 4 of you sitting there bowing to him. Bow to him and while you are bowing, visualise and see four of you bowing in your third eye.
  5. Call “Holy Spiritual,10 Amazing Wills, Incredible Appearing in All Space Bodhisattva, please help me to bow to all the Buddhas”. Don’t get stressed trying to create the image, try to imagine with joy. If you don’t make it when you are centred and relaxed, use Chi Gong power – centre straight, neck straight, deep concentration – and you may have a chance to experience.
  6. Where each golden lotus is blooming in each joint imagine another Buddha or Bodhisattva there shooting lights to you.
  7. Practice the bowing technique to any of them you like.
