Meditation: Daoist martial art happiness

Meditation technique

This meditation technique is called “Daoist-style Martial art happiness.”

Here are the steps:

  1. Relax your body.
  2. Think of something that makes you smile. Can be a person, a situation from your memory, a feeling.
  3. Really transport your consciousness back there. For this use your senses to recreate that memory so you can feel it for real.
  4. A relaxed feeling should come first so you know you’re not trying too hard. Then naturally a smile will appear. Then it can take up your whole face.
  5. When you feel that smile across your face, switch your mind off and only feel it from your heart.
  6. Then let that feeling wash through you and fill every part of you
  7. When it stops start again from 1 above.
