Meditation technique
This meditation technique is called “Daoist-style Martial art happiness.”
Here are the steps:
- Relax your body.
- Think of something that makes you smile. Can be a person, a situation from your memory, a feeling.
- Really transport your consciousness back there. For this use your senses to recreate that memory so you can feel it for real.
- A relaxed feeling should come first so you know you’re not trying too hard. Then naturally a smile will appear. Then it can take up your whole face.
- When you feel that smile across your face, switch your mind off and only feel it from your heart.
- Then let that feeling wash through you and fill every part of you
- When it stops start again from 1 above.
