  2. It is a result from wrong psychology, a negative mental habit and never a cause for positive
  3. Never trust negative
  4. To be free from worry – create a new cause the moment negative appears for you

 

Example:

“I worry I don’t understand”

Change to

‘I will enjoy to patiently observe it more.’
