Great Force Bodhisattva Meditation Technique: 6 Senses connect to Pure Land.

 

In the Surangama Sutra – Siddhartha Buddha invites 25 of the highest level Buddhas and Bodhisattvas from all the unlimited universes to share their meditation techniques they used to become so free, wise and compassionate.

 

One system comes from Great Force Bodhisattva – his technique is called “Bowing to Buddha’s Pure Land System.”

 

His technique is to purify each of your six senses again and then connect each one to Amitabha system.

 

Practice this meditation. First just one sense, in one style. Then eventually you can practice all senses and all styles joined together sincerely in this lifetime.

 

Then Pure Land is surely your karma.

 

Sense of sight

 

  1. Use a memory of Sifu showing space changing – your feeling becomes aware life is illusion. Or connect to one from your own memory you’re your third eye experiencing seeing a spiritual image, signs, space, colors, lights, Buddha or Bodhisattva.
  2. Concentrate to recreate that amazing impressed and wonderful feeling. Feel free to practice matching Sifus body language relaxed posture, straight centre, even finger detail, eyes half closed. Feel free to use light, joyful mental power to feel their will and how it can appear. Feel free to add mantra, spiritual sound and spiritual space, spiritual smell of sandalwood to help you.
  3. When successful slowly your greedy eyes start to shut down searching for something. Connect to spiritual eyes. Right away your energy change.
  4. With that eternal force energy observe philosophy and bow to Amitabha. Swap you’re seeing power from this mess world to Amitabha Buddha

 

Sense of sound

 

  1. Use your memory of Sifu’s voice when speaking philosophy. Observe the spiritual qualities of that sound free from regular personal human I and character. Many qualities can appear – Sometimes deep, powerful, sharp, calm, sure, care, mysterious, life is amazing, free, kind. Sometimes combinations of all of these.
  2. Use those qualities to develop and practice your own sound. Make sure they have sincere heart, direct heart, truthful heart behind. Practice creating every word by making every sound 100% from your deepest true heart to match each word’s meaning as best you can.
  3. Practice that sound quality and feeling to bow respectfully to Amitabha Buddha. Speak his name and say your will to go to his Pure Land.

 

Sense of thinking

 

  1. The only way to make water quiet is to not touch it. The same with your thinking power. You can’t stop that thinking power but you can guide it into a philosophy direction.
  2. Observe Eternal wisdom philosophy and question and doubt it until you have no more questions or doubt left in your heart.
  3. Aware the difference between your own thinking power and Eternal wisdom. Aware that philosophy never has that ‘I and mine’ ego. It is not stuck in suffering from desire. Never lost in a black hole of never content. It remains perfect from every angle: all life, in all time, and all space.
  4. Slowly you have no need to think anymore so your sincere heart appears. Your intuition opens up.
  5. Then use that purify moment to connect to Amitabha Pure Land.
  6. Addition:
    • Taiji is like this. When you non stop follow the philosophy, there is no I, that is why it is called Moving Meditation – at that moment during Taiji, you are in creation of joy, through the wisdom of that philosophy. That is an easier way to practice this technique.
  7. Sifu Addition:
    • “My heart becomes pure again, my heart care for every life, care for all the spiritual direction and goals, and care for all the good principles of life and don’t want to connect to any negative, and when that happens, nothing bother I and mine anymore because my heart naturally want to develop Four Eternal Hearts, my heart naturally feel and calculate kind and care to this Mess World. Naturally want to offer and share wisdom and compassion to everyone I connect to.”

 

 

Sense of touch

 

  1. First understand you non-stop experience touch but you are not aware of it because of your blind searching habit. Your own breathing is a touch inside your body. This includes your stomach, lungs, blood flow, your whole body moving is touching.
  2. Become aware of that movement of in and out and you learn your I is not even necessary. You don’t need to tell your stomach to move or breathe. In fact, your body naturally move better than when your ego I is involved.
  3. Then realize that while your I is busy for so many things it keep creating so much tension. Your breathing is never free and never natural.
  4. And when you observe it, A observe B, so you are not your breathing. Suddenly your observing ability separate from your ego I.
  5. Then feel your whole body connect to the ground, feel your energy opening and moving inside your body.
  6. At that moment call Amitabha Buddha – think about his Will, think about the three conditions.
  7. Every time you breathe, it can be this amazing 🙂
  8. Suddenly your energy will just rebuild perfectly.
    1. You actually non stop experience touch – your lungs moving, heart beating, your energy flow, but you are not able to observe it because you are busy with your I and mine ego in a blind habit way
    2. So when I’m in meditation I feel all this touch and feel this illusion
    3. Feel joy and light and then that touch itself become perfect
    4. Perfect quiet, joyful posture and meditation.
    5. Melbourne – golden light become an outline and then posture become perfect – see through.
    6. Four element of your body have no I, then out of connecting and then use that connection into spirits into Buddha

 

Detail:

Because consciousness has the power to create, calm you’re searching heart until you are back to pure again, then recreate any spiritual amazing memories with any of your six and use this awareness to show respect to Buddha and connect your will to go there.

Because your 8 consciousness’s are all blindly creating into a blind karma and connecting to other consciousness blind creation karma – the 1st step is to turn off that power. Once you stop that connection you can recreate spiritual memories from one or all of your six senses into bowing to any Buddha’s Pure Land. Away from searching heart, back to pure, create sincere appreciate heart, respect heart and then developing heart towards Eternal wisdom.

The moment you clean out and back to the essence each sense then use that sense to connect to Amitabha Buddha.
