Guided Meditation – Appreciation Heart to Stop All Worry and Fear

In this meditation Sifu explains one definition of Nirvana. He uses Buddhism and Daoism philosophies mixed together with Dragon Breathe and Universal Breathe techniques, joined with Appreciation Heart to go into meditation.
