Pure Equal Heart Great Will Perfect Intention Towards Every Life Meditation.
Causation: Mantra taught by Siddhartha Buddha to help any consciousness to develop a strong will, to develop an open heart out of suffering, and compassion towards every life.

Translation:
Mantra repeats 2nd verse after every type of lifeform.
| Aham avero homi
abyapajjho homi anigho homi sukhi-attanam pariharami

May my heart remain pure and release a great will towards every life
May I have no enemies, no danger, no suffering of spirits, May I have no physical or mental pain, May I always remain in Dharma joy and happiness |

May no life form have enemies, nor danger,
may no lifeform have spiritual suffering, may no life form have physical or mental pain, and may every life form always remain in happiness and Dharma joy or another way: May all beings be peaceful. May all beings be happy. May all beings be safe. May all beings awaken to the light of their true nature. May all beings be free. |

to every life, in all time and all space from every angle:

To my parents, my teachers, my relatives, my friends, my training partners, spiritual family.
To all consciousness who are willing to learn spirits. And all consciousness who are lost in their blind, searching hearts. To all consciousness from any level, high or low. To any life connected to supporting the development of spirits. To all the humans, animals, insects, fish, guardian energy gods, dragons, all energy beings. To every consciousness able to feel emotion To every consciousness able to be aware of other life To every consciousness that has a body To every consciousness with a name Whether Male, female or neither May they never lose the positive abilities and good characters they develop May they always use their true heart and be honest in a wise way to develop To get what they need without greed to enjoy their life. And may whatever they do be a good cause for themselves and every life now and in future. From the highest consciousness who are already in unlimited joy in a Pure Land, and all lifeforms receiving their bad karma in unlimited suffering in a Hell Space. May they get a chance to get out of all this suffering and awaken and no more experience any suffering. |
Practising
So every day you listen one time and feel that and you can start to make a great will towards everyone. Remember the meaning of the mantra. In that period of time, you open a heart called:
Pure Equal Heart, Great Will, Perfect Intention Towards Every Life Meditation.
If every day you listen and do once, practice creating a will for every life; eventually, you can become Buddha, even by just doing that.
Because your heart is open, not thinking about yourself in an ego way and become stronger and stronger, want to have a strong will, perfect intention, perfect pure heart towards every life and, then it becomes so powerful it will develop wisdom itself.
Because if you want every life to be out of suffering, including yourself, you need wisdom. So wisdom appears naturally. So that will develop incredible, eternal wisdom itself.
So that is the foundation to grow everything.
It is the way to develop and practice Kindness without Ego.
